Ethylene Absorve Machıne
ETHYLENE machine range meets the requirement of the 2006/42/EC directive, and the low voltage 2006/95/CE directive. The product design is intrinsically benign and meets EMC 2004/108/EC directive, in reference to electromagnetic emissions and immunity.
The machine is designed to work in humid environments usually found in the chambers of produce.
All the fittings are plastic of stainless steel (Screws and locks).
All the electric components are IP44 class.
To prevent air bypass, due to poor layer uniformity when the machines use the media in bulk or trays, this machine use plastic modules. The modules allow for a fast and clean media replacement, with low dust emissions.
The V shape distribution of the media inside the module helps to put more media, in that way the replacements cost are reduce substantially, meanwhile the energy cost are keep low.
The machine is equipped with a particulate filter to protect the produce from dust.
The residence time (the time that the air is in contact with the pellets) has been increased in relation with former designs, obtaining for that reason a better efficiency ( relation between the ethylene at the entry and exit) in the ethylene elimination.
The actual standards do not allow the use of wheels in machines that stay in humid environments. In GKI, we have a system the machines are designed to be fit in the wall or in the floor. When the machine has to be placed in the wall there is two supporting slides that are first mounted in the wall.
